RETURNS
We want you to love your jewellery and feel confident shopping with Frances Oyster. If your purchase does not suit your tastes, we are happy to offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
Refunds are issued in the form of store credit. As we are currently a very small business, we are unable to offer monetary refunds. Your store credit does not expire and can be used toward any item in our online store whenever you’re ready.
Return shipping expenses, as well as any applicable duties, are the responsibility of the customer. We appreciate your understanding — shipping costs are not insignificant for a business of our size, and this policy allows us to continue creating thoughtfully made pieces at fair prices.
Returned goods must be in the same condition as when they were received. Worn, scratched, or damaged pieces cannot be accepted for return. Frances Oyster reserves the right to deny and return to sender any items that do not meet these conditions.
Once we receive the item(s) from your order and the return has been approved, a refund will be issued in the form of store credit.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Orders placed between November 24, 2025 and December 22, 2025 are eligible for return until January 31, 2026.
Orders placed outside of this period fall under our standard 14-day return policy.

REPAIRS
While all of our pieces are built to last, we understand that unforeseen things can occur, and in some circumstances jewellery may need a little tune-up over time. We are more than happy to offer a variety of repair services on Frances Oyster jewellery, subject to our production team’s materials.
If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or if an issue develops over time, please reach out to us — we want you to feel taken care of. In cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our end, we will work with you to make things right, including covering return shipping where appropriate.
For repairs related to normal wear, accidental damage, or long-term use, shipping costs and/or additional fees may apply. We will always review your request first and communicate clearly before proceeding.
