RETURNS 

We really want you to love your jewelry. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer returns throughout North America sans shipping & handling expenses.

Jewelry purchased from francisoyster.com can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. All refunds will be issued in the form of store credit, we do not offer monetary refunds.

Once we receive the item(s) from your order, a refund will be issued to you in the form of Store Credit.

Store Credit does not expire, and can be used towards any item in our online store.

To request a return, email us with your Order #, shipping address and email.

PLEASE NOTE

All sale, sample sale & discounted items are final sale.

Worn, scratched or damaged pieces will not be accepted for return. Francis Oyster has the right to deny & return any items to sender that does not meet these conditions.

We do not accept returns for items purchased through our retailers. Please contact the retailer directly to inquire about their return policy.


REPAIRS 

While all of our collections are built to last, we understand that in some circumstances, they may need a little TLC over time.  We are pleased to offer a variety of repair services on Francis Oyster pieces subject to our Production Team's materials.

Kindly keep in mind that shipping costs and/or additional fees may apply depending.

To request a repair, kindly email us outlining your Order # (or Proof of Purchase) and photograph(s) as reference.
