• Genuine pearl and agate  — slight imperfections are part of their beauty. 
• Due to the nature of silk, tassels must be handled with respect. Treat as you would a slip of silk (laid flat, not crushed), or a champagne coupe — with care. When not in use, best kept flat in a jewellery box or hung on a hook. With time, the tassel will soften and take on a lived-in patina —  its allure is in the wearing.
